Task and data requirements
For hydrographic surveying or bathymetric mapping, describe the area, water depth, intended survey output and any required positioning or sonar equipment. Identify the instrument manufacturer and model if already selected.
For water sampling, specify the collection locations, target sampling depths, sample volumes and any bottle or handling requirements. For environmental monitoring, list the measurements required and whether the task involves collected samples, in-situ measurements or both. A sampling system and a measurement sensor should not be treated as interchangeable equipment.

Payload and installation
Provide instrument dimensions, mass, mounting requirements, power demand and communication interfaces. Include brackets, cables and other required mission components when asking the manufacturer to confirm the installation and load budget. A published payload figure alone does not establish compatibility.
Aqua Helpers lists a 250 mm through-hull moon pool for KOI TURBO, alongside interchangeable rear hatches. Its brochure distinguishes a 20 kg equipment payload from a 50 kg battery-plus-equipment load. These are different definitions, not two interchangeable equipment-only capacities. Confirm the chosen instrument, mount and delivered configuration rather than assuming that every listed sensor is included.
Site and deployment
Describe freshwater or seawater use, expected currents, waves, water depth, vegetation, obstacles and available launch access. State whether the control station will be on shore or on a supporting vessel and what transport, lifting and power arrangements are available.
Compare dimensions, vehicle mass, draft and the proposed deployment equipment separately. The HUNTER brochure lists a 1.6 m hull and 45 kg vehicle weight including the battery; that weight is not a payload capacity or a lifting-equipment specification. Do not infer a safe handling method from a brochure render.
Endurance and control
State the intended task duration, route, operating speed and instrument demand. Ask which conditions apply to each endurance figure. HUNTER's brochure separately lists 8 hours cruising capacity, 5 hours at working speed and 1–2 hours at maximum speed, without complete test conditions. These should not be combined into a single all-condition guarantee.
Specify the planned control position, expected link distance, available cellular coverage and data or video requirements. Published communication ranges depend on the equipment and operating conditions; listed radio or cellular capability does not guarantee site coverage. Ask for the selected control, navigation and communications equipment to be identified in the quotation.

A model reference for the dimensions and vehicle-mass discussion. The render does not establish a lifting method, task endurance or safe deployment procedure.
Quotation checklist
Before ordering, confirm the vehicle configuration; instruments and mounts; batteries and charging equipment; controller and software; deployment accessories; applicable compliance documents; and the procurement terms offered for the project. Standard equipment, optional accessories and buyer-supplied instruments should be separately identified. Delivery, warranty and support require written confirmation.
To start, send your application, country, site conditions, intended instruments and any preferred model to sales@aquarobotsupply.com, or use the Request a Quote page's direct-contact options. If an instrument or model is not yet selected, describe the required task and output.
Source note
Model examples are from Aqua Helpers' HUNTER and KOI TURBO brochures, not independent tests. Aqua Robot Supply is the supplier, not the vehicle manufacturer.
