USVs for Water Sampling and Environmental Monitoring

Aqua Robot Supply helps international monitoring buyers identify surface-platform, sampler and sensor configurations. Separate physical sample collection from in-situ measurement, then describe the parameters and site conditions for a project quotation.

Project definition / 01

Sampling and measurement requirements

Physical sample collection and in-situ measurement need different equipment. Define the task before choosing the platform, sampler or sensor package.

  1. 01

    Physical water samples

Specify collection points, depths, volumes and bottle requirements. Orcalink describes point, mixed and stratified sampling options; the actual sampler and collection sequence need confirmation.

  2. 02

    In-situ measurements

List the parameters and required sensor models. Orcalink names pH, dissolved oxygen, chlorophyll and COD among configurable measurements; the bare platform does not measure them.

  3. 03

    Site and mission

Share water conditions, access, vegetation, route length, sampling frequency and available communication coverage. Do not combine maximum link range, speed and endurance into one operating guarantee.

  4. 04

    Data and handling

Describe logging, reporting and sample-handling requirements. Confirm instrument calibration, bottles, reagents, software and any cloud access within the requested quotation.

Sample volume and depth are not inferred from hull payload or winch appearance. The quoted instruments determine the available parameters; sensor accuracy and site suitability remain to confirm.

Documented options / 02

Monitoring configuration starting points

Review documented sampling and sensor options on these Aqua Helpers platforms. The requested measurements and collection method determine the equipment package; instruments are not automatically included.

  1. 01

    Orcalink

    Aqua Helpers

    2.5 m hull length

Optional multiparameter monitoring, COD instruments, point or mixed sampling, and a separate stratified sampling configuration.

    Configuration notes

Its 100–150 kg source load has no confirmed battery basis or configuration mapping. Sampling depths, bottle volumes and actual instrument interfaces require clarification.

  2. 02

    HUNTER

    Aqua Helpers

    45 kg vehicle weight

Optional automatic sampling, water-quality monitoring, COD and oil-content instruments are listed in the brochure.

    Configuration notes

45 kg is battery-inclusive vehicle mass, separate from payload. Confirm the sampler, bottles, sensors and software. The source's load and endurance fields cannot be used as unconditional collection-capacity figures.

  3. 03

    KOI TURBO

    Aqua Helpers

    250 mm moon pool

An open rear hatch for sampling and vertical instruments; ADCP, CTD, water-quality analyzer and sampler integration described.

    Configuration notes

Custom mounts and instrument compatibility need confirmation by model. The 20 kg equipment-only payload does not state a guaranteed sample volume.

Manufacturer brochure reference

The manufacturer lists capability options, not independent monitoring results. Do not treat the sensor list as a default measurement package or evidence of compatibility with every third-party instrument.

Monitoring controls and data

Specify how sampling points, measurement records and data exports need to be handled. Confirm controller, instrument software and any cloud service separately; a controller illustration does not establish these functions.

Control-equipment illustration, not standard supply proof or confirmation of cloud access. Visible stripes are extraction artifacts.

Site and handling scope

Aqua Robot Supply coordinates the requested platform, sampler and monitoring configuration with manufacturing partners. Share the site and handling requirements so the quotation can identify what is included and what still needs confirmation.

  1. 01

    Site access

Confirm transport, launch and recovery, charging, water conditions and the route between sampling points.

  2. 02

    Collection and sensors

Confirm sampling method, bottles, sample volumes and depths, sensor models, consumables and calibration documentation.

  3. 03

    Controls and records

Confirm controller, communications, logging, software and any cloud services. Specify your reporting and handling requirements.

Instrument performance, sample-handling scope, applicable approvals, delivery, warranty and support remain to confirm. We supply equipment; this page does not offer laboratory analysis or guarantee monitoring accuracy at an unassessed site.
