Rating and load qualifications

  • 600 m and 2,000 m are different depth configurations. The manufacturer's reported deeper operation does not raise the model's quoted rating or establish an Aqua Robot Supply case.
  • 300 kg standard vehicle weight and 30 kg payload are different quantities. Manufacturer metric figures are authoritative; conversions are approximate.
  • Basic ≥20 h and extended 50 h are recorded at 3 kn. The 300 km extended range is separate; maximum depth, speed, payload and endurance are not simultaneous guarantees.

Dimensions

Ø324 mm × 4000 mm long (approx. Ø12.76 in × 13.12 ft)

Configuration notes

Manufacturer diameter and overall length; extended-battery dimensions, lifting and packed envelope require confirmation.

Standard vehicle weight

300 kg (approx. 661.4 lb)

Configuration notes

Vehicle weight is separate from the 30 kg payload. Battery/configuration basis, lifting mass and packed weight need confirmation.

Payload

30 kg (approx. 66.1 lb)

Configuration notes

Confirm usable mass, instrument dimensions, payload-bay arrangement, mounting, power and data interfaces.

Working-depth configurations

600 m or 2,000 m (approx. 1,969 ft or 6,562 ft)

Configuration notes

Separate depth options, not a continuous range or a guarantee that every configuration is rated to 2,000 m. Select one in the quotation.

Velocity range

1–6 kn (approx. 0.51–3.09 m/s)

Configuration notes

Manufacturer table range; speed is not rated current resistance. Maximum speed is not the condition for the endurance records.

Standard propulsion and control

Propeller propulsion with cross/X-rudder control

Configuration notes

Actual propulsion hardware and control limits to agree. Optional vertical or vector propulsion is not automatically included.

Optional propulsion

Vertical auxiliary propeller; vector propeller

Configuration notes

Vertical diving/ascent and dynamic positioning depend on the auxiliary configuration; high-maneuverability description depends on the vector option. Exact arrangement requires confirmation.

Basic endurance at 3 kn

At least 20 h at 3 kn (approx. 1.54 m/s)

Configuration notes

Basic manufacturer configuration. Battery, payload, temperature, operating depth and complete test conditions have not been supplied.

Extended endurance at 3 kn

50 h at 3 kn (approx. 1.54 m/s)

Configuration notes

Extended configuration, not basic endurance. Required battery arrangement, dimensions, mass and mission conditions need confirmation.

Extended range

300 km (approx. 162 nmi)

Configuration notes

Separate manufacturer extended-range record, not a guarantee at maximum speed, maximum depth or every payload. Do not assume all maximum ratings are achievable simultaneously.

Navigation and accuracy

INS + DVL + GNSS + USBL; 0.3% / 0.5% / 1% of range, depending on configuration

Configuration notes

Customizable navigation configurations, not three simultaneous guarantees or fixed centimetre-level error. Agree hardware, calibration, mission distance and test conditions.

Communications

UHF, Wi-Fi, 4G, satellite and underwater acoustic communication listed

Configuration notes

Manufacturer configuration scope; confirm the supplied equipment, services and operating links. Surface radio/cellular links do not provide arbitrary-depth wireless video or unlimited coverage.

Control software

Manufacturer visual control interface; secondary development and post-mission processing/analysis described

Configuration notes

Collaborative networking and data-driven functions can be customized. Agree software versions, licenses, outputs and maintenance scope; no supplier software-development or response-time guarantee.

Movement modes

Track following, autonomous navigation, depth/altitude navigation and obstacle avoidance; surface and beyond-line-of-sight control described

Configuration notes

Manufacturer function descriptions; required sensors, links and task constraints must be specified. No unconditional obstacle avoidance or remote-control guarantee.

Ancillary equipment

Integrated ground control station

Configuration notes

Documented system equipment; confirm the actual devices, communication box, batteries, transport and launch/recovery arrangement in the delivery list.

Expandable sensor scope

Underwater CCD, CTD, altimeter, obstacle-avoidance sonar, side-scan sonar, multibeam sonar, shallow-section sonar, USBL and hydrophone

Configuration notes

Mission-integration scope, not all included as standard or proven compatible with any third-party instrument.

Applications and configuration

Configuration / DetailPengpai Ocean · Hoisting reference · Not a matched PX-324 photograph

This separate manufacturer-series scene illustrates handling context, not an approved PX-324 lifting arrangement. Confirm the lifting points, hoist capacity, recovery method and vessel interfaces for the quoted 300 kg standard vehicle.

Application scope
  • Marine-engineering survey

The manufacturer lists marine-engineering survey. Define seabed data, sonar, altitude, route length and navigation requirements before selecting the payload and depth configuration.

  • Scientific research

The manufacturer lists scientific research and a customizable payload bay. Specify the measurements, instrument interfaces and data outputs; this does not establish a supplied sensor suite or supplier survey service.

Selection limits

Select the required depth option, mission duration and sensor package before comparing PX-324. A 300 kg standard platform requires an agreed lifting and recovery plan; this is not a portable hand-launch vehicle. For deeper or larger-payload missions compare PX-533; for tethered inspection and tools review ROVs.

Documented vehicle equipment
  • Vehicle and mission bay

The table describes a 324 mm-diameter, 4 m vehicle, standard propeller/cross-X rudder and a modular payload bay. Agree the selected depth configuration and actual delivery weight.

  • Navigation and control

Combined INS/DVL/GNSS/USBL and a visual task interface are documented. Select one navigation package, accuracy condition and software scope.

  • Ground control and recovery

An integrated ground station is listed. Hoisting, recovery equipment, vessel connections and the final delivery bill require project-specific agreement.

Optional equipment and integration
  • Extended energy configuration

The manufacturer lists 50 h at 3 kn or 300 km for extended configuration. Confirm the energy system, mass, dimensions and test conditions; do not derive a new rating from generic series battery-extension percentages.

  • Vertical or vector propulsion

Vertical auxiliary and vector propellers are optional. Specify the arrangement and associated diving, positioning or maneuvering functions rather than assuming all are standard.

  • Mission instruments

Camera, CTD, altimeter, obstacle-avoidance and survey sonars, USBL and hydrophone are expandable scope. Confirm model, mounting, power, protocol and software integration.

  • Communication and software scope

Agree surface, satellite and acoustic hardware, coverage and services. Secondary development and collaborative functions are manufacturer customization records, not the supplier's own engineering-service commitment.

Interfaces to confirm

Provide each instrument's model, dimensions, mass, voltage/power, connectors, protocol and required output. No model-specific third-party interface drawing or compatibility test has been supplied. Agree navigation calibration, acoustic equipment, mission distance and launch/recovery interfaces separately.

A brochure equipment reference is not a final delivery list. Specify each instrument, controller and accessory in the quotation.
