Rating and load qualifications
- Manufacturer reference values; metric figures are authoritative and conversions are approximate. Maximum speed, endurance and range are separate ratings, not a simultaneous-performance promise.
- The ≥200 kg payload, 1,800 kg light displacement/lightweight and 1,970 kg full-load displacement do not reconcile under one stated load basis. Retain the original fields; do not replace the payload with the 170 kg difference.
- The overview's Force 4 is not substituted for the detailed operational Sea State 3. Survival Sea State 4 does not establish normal mission capability; Sea State, Force and Beaufort are not automatically equivalent.
- The 30 km coverage is nominal ground-to-air line of sight, separate from 15 nmi private-network range. Optional satellite links do not establish unconditional unlimited communication.

Applications and configuration
The MANTA brochure describes diesel pump-jet propulsion. This component illustration explains the propulsion arrangement; it does not demonstrate efficiency, noise, safety or a supplier-owned patent. Open the records below for applications and configuration boundaries, and confirm the final propulsion and mission package in the quotation.
Application scope
Oceanographic survey and observation
The manufacturer lists oceanographic survey and marine observation. Define required instruments, positioning, acquisition rate and operating conditions; these are not automatically included.
Cable-inspection missions
Submarine communication cable inspection is a manufacturer-listed application. Confirm sonar or other sensing equipment, target depth and resolution; MANTA is a surface vessel, not a subsea ROV.
Marine patrol
The brochure lists patrol enforcement. Cameras, mission modules, permissions and operational responsibility are project-dependent, not supplier-operated or verified cases.
Selection limits
Check launch and recovery for the 1,800 kg lightweight platform, fuel requirements, site access and safe operating conditions. MANTA does not replace a tethered underwater vehicle. Do not use survival Sea State 4 as a task rating or assume 20 h endurance at the 40 kn maximum speed.

Modular aluminum-alloy platform
The brochure describes watertight compartments, an integrated power compartment and replaceable functional modules. Module identity and final interfaces require confirmation.
Propulsion and navigation
Diesel engine and pump-jet propulsion; obstacle avoidance and navigation are listed as standard with handheld ground-station control.
Control and communications architecture
The manufacturer describes automated, remote, autonomous and collaborative operation with multi-link data transmission. Confirm mode limits, shore-station scope and software inclusion for the quotation.
Optional equipment and integration
Mission equipment and module selection
The platform is described as customizable. Specify survey, observation or inspection instruments and required mounting, power and data interfaces. The pictured modules are not a default shipment list.
Satellite and shore links
BeiDou and LEO satellite communications are optional. Confirm network hardware, shore infrastructure, regional coverage, service fees and applicable radio approvals.
Interfaces to confirm
Supply exact instrument model, weight, center of gravity, mounting geometry, power demand, data protocol and timing requirements. The manufacturer's modular-interface description does not prove tested compatibility with every third-party sensor. Confirm drawings, load definitions and an integration test plan before ordering.
A brochure equipment reference is not a final delivery list. Specify each instrument, controller and accessory in the quotation.
