Feeding configuration
Start with the feed and farm layout, then define the vehicle, control and monitoring scope. Manufacturer descriptions do not establish compatibility with every feed or site.

Mixing and dispensing
The HIPPO brochure lists a 180 L feed hopper, a separate 16 L dosing tank and automatic mixing. Both capacities are volumes; feed mass depends on unconfirmed density and usable fill.

Drive and control
Brushed-motor paddle-wheel propulsion and automatic/manual modes are documented. The listed 6 h endurance and 2 m/s speed are separate figures, not a simultaneous maximum-load guarantee.

Observation and instruments
An underwater HD camera is described. Additional monitoring instruments require a defined sensor list, mounting, power, data and software review; they are not all standard.
Farm requirements
Provide pellet size, type and density; target dosing; cage or pond layout; water depth and current; launch and recovery arrangements; control requirements; and destination country.
Hull materials conflict between the brochure text and table. Load and battery definitions, spreading tests, local radio compliance, compatibility and applicable certificates remain unconfirmed. No feed-saving or productivity result is guaranteed.
